About the Role
Due to continued growth, Quinton Tyres Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Mobile Commercial Tyre Technician to join our team. This practical, hands-on position offers competitive pay, monthly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, along with flexibility in shift patterns. You will work independently and as part of a wider support team, delivering roadside and on-site tyre fitting, inspections, and repairs for a wide range of commercial vehicles. Above all, you will play a vital role in keeping our clients on the road by delivering a safe, professional, and customer-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out tyre fitting, repairs, inspections, and replacements on commercial vehicles.
- Respond promptly and safely to roadside call-outs when required (participation in the on-call rota is optional).
- Advise customers on tyre safety and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Keep accurate service records for all tyre work carried out.
- Work safely at all times with full training and PPE provided.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial tyre fitting is essential, with the ability to work independently and to high professional standards.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong knowledge of tyre safety, repair, and maintenance procedures.
- A professional, dependable approach with strong customer service skills.

Salary: Competitive, with overtime rates + monthly performance & attendance bonuses
