We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Volunteer Co-ordinator to join our Bromley team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and creating positive volunteer experiences that directly support our clients and services.
Location: Community House, South Street, Bromley
Hours: 17.5 hours per week
Salary: £11,971.84 - £13,334.33 per annum, plus a London Weighting Allowance of £1,124.87 per annum
About the role:
As Volunteer Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, supporting and retaining volunteers across the Bromley area. You will ensure we have a diverse and skilled volunteer workforce available to support our services, fundraising activities, events and community initiatives.
You will manage the full volunteer journey, from initial enquiry through to induction, placement and ongoing support, while promoting volunteering within the local community and helping volunteers feel valued and empowered.
