Job Summary
The Sales & Office Administrator provides administrative support to the sales team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role is responsible for processing sales orders, maintaining customer records, coordinating communications, managing office administration, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer accounts
- Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries, pricing, and product information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally via telephone and email.
Pay: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
