We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Manager to lead our thriving playgroup and nursery.

About the Role
As Early Years Manager, you will:
Lead and support a dedicated team of early year professionals. Ensure the highest standards of care, learning, and child development. Oversee the day-to-day running of the playgroup and nursery. Build positive relationships with children, families, staff, and partner agencies. Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the setting.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience in a leadership or management role within Early Years. Is passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and early learning. Has excellent communication and organisational skills. Can motivate, mentor, and develop staff. Understands safeguarding and child protection responsibilities. Has knowledge of funded childcare provision and partnership working.
Essential Qualifications
Relevant Early Years qualification meeting manager requirements (Or working or willing to work towards that qualification). Current knowledge of Early Years legislation and best practice. PVG membership (or willingness to obtain).
