About Freepods
Freepods is an innovative UK online membership platform designed for existing adult vape consumers (18+).
Our platform combines online shopping, membership benefits, a rewards programme and a growing marketplace to create a simpler and more rewarding customer experience.
We are preparing for our official UK launch in August 2026 and are building our first team of Freelance Field Representatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain commercial experience and grow with an ambitious UK startup from the very beginning.
The Role
As a Freelance Field Representative, you will introduce the Freepods platform to existing adult vape consumers at various locations across Greater London.
This is not a hard-selling role. You will not sell products or handle customer payments. Instead, you will professionally explain the Freepods platform, encourage eligible adults to visit and register on our website, and collect customer feedback.
A one-off induction and full training will be provided before your first assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Freepods professionally in the field.
- Introduce the Freepods platform to existing adult vape consumers (18+).
- Explain membership benefits, rewards and marketplace features.
- Encourage eligible adults to register on the Freepods website.
- Answer basic customer questions using approved training materials.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights.
- Submit a simple daily activity report.
- Follow company policies and all applicable UK laws and regulations.
About You
You are:
- Aged 18 or over.
- Friendly, confident and approachable.
- Comfortable speaking with members of the public.
- Reliable, organised and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently.
- Available for flexible project-based assignments.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions or sales is helpful but not essential.

Working Arrangement

- Travel expenses are not normally covered unless agreed in advance.
- Successful applicants are responsible for their own tax and National Insurance obligations.
Induction
A mandatory one-hour induction must be completed before your first assignment.

- Introduction to Freepods
- Membership and rewards
- Customer engagement
- Working procedures
- Compliance requirements
The induction session is unpaid.
Important Information
- This role involves engaging with existing adult vape consumers aged 18+ only.
- Representatives introduce the Freepods platform and membership benefits only.
- No direct product sales or payment handling.
- Representatives must follow all company policies, approved training materials and applicable UK laws and regulations.
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Pay: £100.00-£120.00 per day
