Process Operative
Key Areas of Responsibility, Duties and Deliverables Expected:
Responsibilities:

Prepare components for production in accordance with prescribed procedures and production timings.

Load components onto the production line safely and efficiently.

Ensure all work is carried out in line with quality standards and customer requirements.

Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions at all times.
-
Carry out visual inspections to ensure product quality is maintained.
-
Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the production process.
-
Work accurately and efficiently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
-
Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and colleagues to ensure production targets are achieved.
-
Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the production area.
-
Support continuous improvement activities and identify opportunities to improve processes.
-
Work flexibly across production areas to support business requirements.
-
Ensure production records and documentation are completed accurately where required.

Health & Safety Responsibilities

This role operates within a 24-hour manufacturing operation and therefore requires a flexible approach to working.
