Due to continued growth we now have an opportunity for a Wood Machinist to work in our state of the art Manufacturing Facility.
Responsibilities and Duties
Work effectively maximising time available, working with the department to ensure legal compliance is adhered to with PUWER and Health and Safety requirements ensuring that our products are made to the highest standards possible.
Exceeding customer expectations and service proposition are a fundamental part of our business.
You will be supported by the senior team, and other manufacturing and production employees.
Qualifications and Skills
This role predominantly involved working with a 5 Head Moulder, Spindle, Mortice and Tenon, modern wood working machines and other classical machines.
It is therefore essential that you are able to work these machines without supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Machinist: 2 years (preferred)
