Job Summary
We are a family run company seeking an experienced Plumbing & Heating engineer to join our ever growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing basic plumbing installation, service and maintenance task such as, toilet, taps, vented & unvented cylinders, sinks, valves and pipework installation and repairs. The role requires the candidate to have a can do attitude with good customer services skills. Candidate must be competent to work alone and work well within a team. Basic Salary up to £39,000 + Overtime + On Call

- Monday – Friday 07:30am – 6pm + On Call Rota

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, taps, toilets, sinks, showers, vented & unvented cylinders and appliances in accordance with safety standards and building codes.
- Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and techniques to complete tasks accurately.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs promptly.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organising tools and disposing of waste responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations at all times and are completed to a high standard.
- To complete an after job service report including pictures (Training available on our system)
Experience
- Proven experience working as a plumber in commercial or residential settings.
- NVQ Level 2 (Mandatory)
- Unvented G3 (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Water regulations (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, including 2 & 3 port systems & controls. (further training can be provided for this)
Requirments
- Valid Full UK driving licence
- Clean criminal record as all applicants will be enhanced DBS checked
