Assistant Site Manager required in Birmingham - Housing
MadiganGill are currently looking for as Assistant Site Manager or Supervisor based on a project in the Longbridge area of Birmingham for a large National House Builder.
You will play a key role in assisting the Site Manager with daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination & high standards of workmanship.
The client is looking for someone on a temporary basis (6 weeks) but potential to go full time.
Previous experience of the housebuilding sector would be preferred.
As an Assistant Site Manager you must have:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Hands on experience and approach
- Previous experience working as part of a wider site team
- Strong communication skills
