At Code Ninjas, we don’t just teach—we build. We help kids aged 6–16 find their "inner ninja" by teaching them to code through the games they already love. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and ambitious Center Manager to oversee our daily operations, drive sales, and lead our team of Senseis (tutors).

The Role: What You’ll Do
As the Center Manager, you are the heartbeat of our Dojo. You will balance business growth with team leadership to ensure a seamless, high-energy environment.
- Drive Business Growth: Follow up on leads, schedule and conduct center tours for prospective families, and close sales to grow our student community.
- Parent Relations: Work closely with parents to understand their children's learning needs, share student progress, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Lead the Sensei Team: Manage, schedule, and inspire our team of coding coaches/tutors to deliver top-tier sessions.
- Get "Hands-On": Lead by example! While this is a management role, you are completely comfortable jumping onto the floor, troubleshooting a glitch, or running a session if the team needs backup.
- Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day center logistics, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the facility upholds top-notch corporate standards for safety and cleanliness.
- Executive Reporting: Keep the leadership team in the loop with weekly progress reports on growth, sales, and operations.

- Tech-Comfortable: You are fluent in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, social media management, and everyday office technology.
- Detail & Deadline Driven: You don't miss dates, you don't overlook customers, and you take pride in flawless execution.

Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour
