We are seeking a skilled Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team in preparing delicious meals in our bustling pub & restaurant the CookHouse Pub & Carvery, Rainhill. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a flair for culinary creativity.

- Drive & passion - having a can do, will do & want to attitude
- Experience of working within a fast-paced food business.
- Capable of delivering 1000+ covers per week.
- Comfortable allowing your personality to shine working within a brigade of chefs.
- Achieving & maintaining a 5-star EHO rating.
- Passion for working in a team environment.
- Delivering high quality dishes following specifications.
- Supporting the Kitchen Manager in delivering great guest experiences and kitchen management.
