Clare College are seeking a Chef de Partie reporting to the Head Chef. This is a full position working 37.5 hours per week to a two week shift system.

You will assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of all dishes to the highest standards to students, staff, College guests, Fellows and conference delegates. Suitably qualified, your CV will reflect your experience in working in a busy kitchen environment and working as part of a team.
As part of your career development you will be given the opportunity to enter competitions and on occasions train with the England Team. The Head Chef as Michelin and Rosette kitchen experience which means that you will be working with an award winning chef and cooking for fine dining events.
