Do you build PCs, love gaming and know how to run a tight warehouse?
Gotraka is a UK system integrator and IT hardware company. Under our GTR Gaming brand we build custom gaming PCs, and through Gotraka Business we supply IT hardware to businesses. We sell on our own store, Amazon and eBay, and we’re growing. We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to take charge of our warehouse and PC build workshop and lead a team of 5–8.
What you’ll be doing
- Running our PC build flow: planning the build queue (20–50 machines a week plus hardware orders), setting QC standards and making sure every build leaves on time and to spec. You’ll build and test machines yourself too.
- Owning stock accuracy. We sell high-value kit, so stock takes are your responsibility. The team can help count, but you sign off the numbers and you get to the bottom of any discrepancy.
- Overseeing goods in and goods out across Shopify, Amazon and eBay, making sure the team receive, put away, pick, pack and despatch accurately, and rolling your sleeves up when it’s busy.
- Leading the team: rotas, one-to-ones, onboarding, training, regular team meetings and creating a place people enjoy working.
- Reporting weekly to the Managing Director on output, despatch, stock accuracy and team, and improving how we work.
What we need from you
- Real PC-building experience: assembly, cable management, BIOS, testing and fault-finding to a standard you’d be proud to ship.
- Experience managing a team, with the people skills to hold standards and keep morale high.
- A track record of owning stock accuracy: stock takes, cycle counts and chasing down discrepancies.
- Warehouse goods in/out experience, ideally in e-commerce or electronics.
- Comfortable with an ERP/WMS (we use TradePeg) and the major marketplaces.
- Organised, accountable and detail-obsessed.
A genuine passion for gaming and PC hardware will help you get the job and enjoy it.
What you’ll get
- A competitive salary depending on experience.
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours, no shifts.
- A real say in how the warehouse runs, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
- [Holiday allowance, pension, staff discount on hardware, free parking, etc.]
- The chance to grow with a business that’s scaling across three sales channels.
How to apply
Send us your CV with a few lines about the best PC you’ve built and a time you turned around stock accuracy or a warehouse process. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview that includes a hands-on PC build and QC assessment, so you can show us what you can do.
You must have the right to work in the UK. Gotraka is an equal opportunities employer.
