What you'll do:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the recruitment and talent acquisition function.
- Develop and improve recruitment processes to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
- Manage recruitment campaigns, workforce planning, and client delivery activities.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
- Monitor recruitment performance, hiring metrics, and operational outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and business partners.
- Oversee recruitment systems, operational reporting, and resource planning.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and support business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment teams while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, business operations, or a related field is beneficial.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and priorities effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, or HR software is beneficial.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are welcomed.
