Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure operational efficiency
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing enquiries as appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using sage 50 and Equa 2
- Organise meetings, appointments, and schedules for staff members
- Prepare and file documents, reports, and correspondence in an organised manner
- Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Maintain accurate records of client information and internal documentation
- Support team members with various clerical tasks to enhance overall productivity
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy
- Demonstrated data entry skills with attention to detail

Pay: £30,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
