Pharmacist Manager
Busy independent family run community pharmacy in Birmingham. Full support staff.
Candidates will be managing the branch so must have leadership skills. Candidates should be able to manage and develop the team, work efficiently and effectively, coordinating the day to day running of the pharmacy. Provide essential services and promote health and well-being within the community. Responsible for conducting relevant audits, risk assessments and reviews.
Full time around 40 hours/ 4 days per week(Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri) and some Saturdays/holiday cover
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing safe and effective pharmacy services in line with GPhC standards.
- Leading, motivating and developing the pharmacy team.
- Delivering and growing NHS services including Pharmacy First, Hypertension Case Finding, NMS and Contraception Services.
- Driving service performance and patient engagement.
- Ensuring compliance with SOPs, governance requirements and regulatory standards.
- Managing stock, controlled drugs and operational processes.
- Building strong relationships with local GP practices, healthcare professionals and the local community.
- Supporting business growth and identifying opportunities to expand services.
