Location: Alexander Barracks, Pirbright, GU24 0QQ
Pay rate: £14.76 per hour
Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, andy 5 days out of 7 (includes some weekends)
Shift times: Early shift 0500 – 1330; Late shift 1130 - 1930

What you’ll do:
No two days look the same, but you can expect to:

Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – plus fine dining for special events.

Following recipes and all policies and procedures
-
Working as part of a talented team and mentoring new colleagues.

Managing stock, placing orders, and keeping kitchen records up to date.

Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Supporting with kitchen deep cleans and due diligence paperwork.
What we’re looking for:

A relevant culinary qualification (NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent).

A confident chef who loves working as part of a team and can help with contract catering for large numbers.

Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for great food.

Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (UK residency for the past 3 years required).
