Operations Manager
Stork Roofing is a growing roofing contractor based in Aberdeen, and we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on management role for someone who understands the roofing industry and can confidently oversee jobs from quotation through to completion, support our roofing teams and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Planning and scheduling roofing works.
Managing roofing teams and any subcontractors.
Carrying out site visits and quality inspections.
Liaising with customers, suppliers and staff.
Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries.
Ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
Assisting with quotations, surveys and job costing.
Maintaining accurate job records using computer software.

Essential Requirements:
Proven experience within the roofing industry.
Previous supervisory, foreman or management experience.
Full UK driving licence.
Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office plus job management software.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Professional, reliable and customer-focused.
