Duties
- Participate in all bar activities, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout shifts
- Deliver a high quality experience for customers
- Expert knowledge of products served, including specialist wine knowledge & mixology
- Knowledge of food preparation and cooking processes related to bar snacks, ensuring quality and safety compliance
- Maintain food and drink safety standards by adhering to hygiene regulations and conducting regular cleanliness checks
- Serve drinks confidently, taking orders accurately while delivering excellent customer service with a lively attitude
- Participate in staff development and training procedures where required.
- Enforce responsible alcohol service policies and handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting with strong team skills
- Extensive restaurant experience including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food safety knowledge
- Background in mixology experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food production processes and hospitality industry standards
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage crafting is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and responsible service regulations
