Location: Gatwick Airport
Hours: Full time, 12 hours a day, 4 on, 4 off.
Pay: £14.76 ph
We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to join our Passenger Assistance (PRM) team. You will support passengers with reduced mobility, ensuring a safe, smooth, and high-quality journey through the airport.
About the Role:You will be responsible for:
Assist passengers with reduced mobility through the terminal and to/from the aircraft
Safely support transfers using wheelchairs, buggies, and manual handling techniques
Deliver a high standard of customer service in line with aviation regulations
Support passengers with baggage and airport processes
Maintain accurate updates via PDA and complete required documentation
Conduct daily checks of equipment and report any faults
Ensure all equipment (wheelchairs/buggies) is clean, safe, and ready for use
Follow all health & safety procedures, escalation processes, and operational guidelines

What we are looking for:
Excellent customer service skills with an empathetic and professional approach
Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
Physically capable of manual handling and assisting passengers over distances
Ability to remain calm and act quickly under pressure
Reliable with strong punctuality, attendance, and presentation standards
Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and nights
Basic IT skills and ability to complete reports/documentation
Team player with a good understanding of equality, diversity, and passenger needs
