Job Title: Self Employed Mortgages, Development, Commercial and Bridging Finance Broker
Commission-Only | Up to 85% Split | London (Staines HQ) — Fully Remote
This is not an entry-level or employed role.
We're not looking for someone to train up. We're looking for an established, self-generatingspecialist finance broker who already has a pipeline, already has relationships withdevelopers and investors, and wants a better split, better support, and more autonomy thantheir current firm gives them.
If you want a salaried job with a manager checking targets — this isn't it, and you'll save usboth time by not applying.
If you're already closing bridging, development and commercial deals and you're tired of giving away 30–50% of your income for admin or network costs or your network doesn't allow you to place these cases - then keep reading.
What you'll earn
- Up to 85% commission on self-generated business
- Up to 50% on referred/warm business from our pipeline
- No monthly fees. No desk fees. No targets.
- Realistic Year 1: £50,000–£80,000+ | Year 2: £100,000+ (entirely dependent on the business you bring and write — this is uncapped, commission-only earning, not a guaranteed salary).

What we provide
Administrative and case-packaging support so you spend your time advising and closing, not chasing paperwork.
Compliance support — we're Directly Authorised with FCA and whole-of-market lender access, including specialist bridging and development panels and regulated bridging lenders too.
Marketing and social media support to help build your personal brand.
Funded route to LIBF CPSP (Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance) for those pushing further into making this a career and get qualifications for this.
Who we're looking for
Proven track record in specialist finance in bridging, development finance, and/ or commercial/SME lending, not just vanilla residential.
You generate your own business.
This is essential, not a nice-to-have. If your currentpipeline relies entirely on employer-provided leads, this role won't suit you.
CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years' financial services experience.
Comfortable being your own BDM - you go to property and investor events, you network, you put yourself in front of the right people
Confident managing complex, unregulated cases end-to-end with minimal hand-holding.
How this works
Self-employed / commission-only — you invoice us, you manage your own tax and business costs, and you keep the vast majority of what you write.
Full flexibility on hours and location : work from home, or from wherever your clients are.
