We are seeking a skilled and friendly waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for food and beverage service. The waiter will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Take orders from customers and input them into the POS system
- Ensure accuracy of orders and communicate any special requests to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and reset them for the next customer
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Good knowledge of food and interest in catering and hospitality
Pay: From £16.00 per hour
