Job Description
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service
- Lead, train, and supervise the service team to maintain high standards
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or front-of-house management
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented
