At Roofcare, we’re expanding and seeking a skilled Roofing Surveyor to join our established team.
About the Role
As a Roofing Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting on-site surveys and providing expert advice.
- Producing detailed survey reports and designs to company standards.
- Supporting operatives on-site and solving technical challenges.
- Assisting with complaints investigations and contractor assessments.
- Ensuring compliance with British Standards and building regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in roofing and/or construction.
- Experience in social housing projects, including KPIs, SORs, and WIPs.
- Ability to create specifications, safety plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Knowledge of slate, tile, and flat roofing systems.
- Computer literacy with Word processing and job management software.
