Kitchen Team Member | Tokki Nottingham
We’re looking for Team Members who can grow with Tokki and share in our success.

Key skills & responsibilities
- Prepare and build Tokki dishes accurately and consistently.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards.
- Monitor food levels and communicate when stock needs replenishing.
- Work safely and follow all Food Safety and Hygiene standards.
- Understand our menu, ingredients, allergens and cooking methods.
- Follow Tokki's food preparation, storage and cleaning procedures.
- Maintain a clean-as-you-go approach throughout every shift.
- Help with pot washing, cleaning equipment and keeping the kitchen organised.
- Ensure all equipment and workstations are cleaned thoroughly and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and wear the correct uniform.
- Complete daily kitchen checks and paperwork where required.
- Support other team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Help ensure every order leaves the kitchen looking and tasting amazing.
