What you'll do:
Deliver Unified Endpoint Management services across Windows and mobile devices, configuring Microsoft Intune policies for security, compliance, device configuration and patch management, and creating accurate production device profiles and deployment policies.
Support CyberArk Privilege Management policies and build and maintain Privileged Access Workstation devices using Intune configuration profiles and policies.
Own assigned endpoint platform capabilities, keeping them secure, reliable, documented and aligned with operational requirements, while supporting upgrades, service improvements and operational change.
Manage incidents, service requests and project tasks, providing second- and third-line endpoint support and balancing operational support with engineering development work.
Develop and maintain PowerShell automation, reporting solutions and API integrations, and drive improvements in endpoint security, user experience and operational efficiency.
Support vulnerability management and security remediation programmes, maintain technical documentation and process workflows, independently deliver technical projects and service improvements, and provide out-of-hours support through the team on-call rota.
What you'll bring:
Experience supporting Unified Endpoint Management in a large-scale windows enterprise organisation, including Microsoft Intune, endpoint compliance, configuration profiles, device policies or patch management.
Experience with PowerShell scripting or APIs, or a clear willingness to develop these skills.
Strong troubleshooting, fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document changes, describe workflows and collaborate across teams.
Ability to independently deliver technical projects and service improvements while balancing operational support with engineering development activities.
A reliable, accurate and conscientious approach, a strong team focus, and an interest in security, compliance, automation and continuous improvement.

How you’ll work
We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 2 days in the office per week.
Your office space:
Osterley or Livingston
Osterley: Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. You can also use our free shuttle buses to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. The campus includes bike shelters and showers, subsidised restaurants and cafés, a Waitrose, a subsidised gym and a cinema.
Livingston: Our Livingston campus is a free shuttle bus journey from Livingston North train station and the town centre, with onsite parking for cars, motorbikes and bicycles. You’ll also find a subsidised canteen and onsite gym.
