We are a fast growing commercial cleaning contractor based in Bordon, Hampshire and we are seeking an area cleaning supervisor for 40 hours per week and potential overtime.
Please note: this can at times be a stressful and demanding job, however if you manage your time appropriately, enjoy problem solving and are a good communicator you might just be the right fit.
You must be happy to liaise with both clients and staff to ensure the smooth running of our contracts. You must have experience within the commercial cleaning sector at a managerial level, you will be required to prove your knowledge and experience in this respect which will include audits, cover cleaning, inspections etc.
If you have the relevant experience you will know this is not a Monday to Friday 9-5 business, therefore flexibility with regard to working hours is a prerequisite.
The starting salary is negotiable but will wholly depend on experience and what the successful applicant has to offer. You will need to have a driving licence to be able to do this role.
