Are you an organised and enthusiastic administrator? We are looking for a Fostering Panels Administrator - Coordinator to lead a team of five dedicated colleagues. You will play a vital role in coordinating the administration of Fostering Panels, ensuring smooth operations across multiple councils. As the Fostering Panels Administrator - Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

Team Coordination: Oversee the activities of five BSA3 colleagues, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

Panel Management: Set up virtual panels using Microsoft Teams, send invites, and prepare necessary documentation.

Attendance Administration: Manage attendance records for panels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

Output Recording: Record and distribute panel outputs, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Database Updates: Regularly update corporate databases to reflect the latest information and decisions.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

Educational Background: GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C or above, or equivalent experience.

Administrative Expertise: Proven experience in administrative roles, with strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Data Management Skills: Ability to monitor, manage, and extract data efficiently using Microsoft tools.
