Work base: Conwy Education Center
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic Teacher to work within the Social Inclusion Service for Conwy Education Service. The PRU service is committed to providing high quality education and support to pupils with a range of social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.
We require a highly-motivated individual, who is able to demonstrate a strong commitment to the aims, values and ethos of inclusion, with experience of delivering excellent outcomes for pupils with significant individual needs. We will require a dedicated, Welsh-essential Teacher to deliver Welsh (Entry Level) and English GCSE and assist with other subjects across the service. This vital role requires a highly resilient, empathetic professional, ideal for empowering vulnerable learners in a nurturing and supportive specialist environment.
Collaborative working is also an essential part of this role and the successful candidate will be expected to develop effective internal working relationships with pupils and staff, as well as external partnerships with parents, schools, and a wide range of professionals.
Due to the nature of the posts the successful candidates will be subject to a disclosure by the Disclosure and Barring Service. It is a requirement that successful candidate will need to register with the Education Workforce Council prior to commencing employment.
