Supported Housing Officer
London | Hybrid (2 days office + 3 days on patch)
Beyond Healthcare Medical is delighted to be partnering with one of London’s largest and most respected housing associations to recruit a Supported Housing Officer to join their compassionate and high-performing team.
You will serve as the principal housing contact for residents in one supported housing scheme. Our residents have a wide range of needs.
You will deliver specialist housing management services that are responsive, respectful, and always centred around the individual needs and vulnerabilities of the people you support. This is a role where you can truly make a positive, lasting impact on people’s lives.
Key Details
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tenants: Management of one scheme (up to 80 residents)
- Work Pattern: Hybrid – 2 days based in the office, 3 days on patch (including tenant visits across London)
Main Responsibilities
- Manage rent arrears, repairs, voids, service charges, and property lettings
- Conduct annual tenant visits and regular wellbeing checks
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive living environment
- Report and follow up on repairs and maintenance issues
- Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and local stakeholders
Requirements Essential
- Minimum 1 year of housing management experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check (in place)
- Excellent customer service skills with a warm, professional, and empathetic approach
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office and housing systems)
- Ability to travel across London (driving licence and access to a vehicle is advantageous)
Desirable
Relevant qualification in housing, social care, or customer service.

Pay: £14.00-£15.50 per hour
