Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods for our bakery counter and prepack areas
- Follow recipes and ensure the quality and consistency of baked products
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules
Experience:
- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with various baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
