Summary
We are seeking a Sales Lead Generator to join our team. This role is vital in expanding our reach by connecting with schools and educational organisations to promote our outdoor adventure programs. Your efforts will help us deliver unforgettable outdoor experiences to students across the country.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential school clients and educational organisations in line with an outlined calling pattern.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our outdoor adventure offerings.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce.
- Managing your own diary by booking meetings/ preparing and sending emails
- Develop compelling sales pitches tailored to the educational sector.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to build relationships.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and follow-ups.
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's client base
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the education or outdoor activity sectors.
- Strong telemarketing skills with a persuasive communication style.
- Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a UK driving licence

Selection & Appointment Process: Candidates will be required to complete The Bushcraft Company pre-camp training programme. All appointments are subject to satisfactory training attendance, references and enhanced DBS Status.
