We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Junior Advertising Sales Executive to work exclusively across Taste of France Magazine and TasteofFranceMag.com. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in media sales while working with a premium brand focused on French lifestyle, tourism, gastronomy, and culture.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling both print and digital advertising solutions to businesses across the UK and France, helping brands connect with a highly engaged, Francophile audience.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of advertising sales across the Taste of France platform, including magazine placements and online campaigns. This involves:
- Proactively generating new business and building your own pipeline
- Selling creative advertising and branded content solutions across print and digital
- Identifying client needs and delivering tailored campaigns that drive results
- Managing client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Working remotely, with occasional travel to our Bath office, client meetings, exhibitions, and events (we operate a 3/2 hybrid model with 3 days working in the office).
You’ll be supported with ongoing training, regular one-to-ones, and weekly team meetings to help you succeed and maximise your earnings.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with a “go-getter” attitude
- Experience in media sales, advertising, or marketing (preferred but not essential)
- Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
- An interest in France, food, travel, or lifestyle media is a bonus
- French language fluency is essential.
