Overview
Smith and Graham Solicitors are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing property team part-time Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 2:30pm, 25 hours per week. Ideally, you’ll be qualified (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) or qualified by experience.
We are seeking a motivated individual with solid experience who can manage their own caseload of residential sales and purchases from instruction to completion and deliver a high standard of client care in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The role consists of you handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, which include the following (please note we are not a volume-based firm):
Freehold sales and purchases
Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
New build transactions
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
The Ideal Candidate will:
Have proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A client-focused approach with attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Liaising with estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
