We are seeking a professional and personable Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients’ appearance and well-being through expert Threading, Waxing and Facial. Duties
- Provide customised beauty treatments including facials, waxing and threading.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of treatment areas and equipment in accordance with health regulations
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to enhance service quality
- Promote additional services or retail products to maximise client satisfaction and business growth
Experience
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
- Knowledge of current beauty trends, Threading, Waxing and Facials.
- Ability to work professionally both independently and as part of a team
