Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily running of the venue's restaurant and bar, ensuring flawless service and providing holiday cover for the nightclub when necessary.
- Team Leadership: Manage, inspire, and motivate front-of-house staff, ensuring all food and beverage orders are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Guest Relations: Be a visible presence on the floor, proactively welcoming guests and resolving any customer queries or complaints swiftly.
- Financial Administration: Handle cash management, daily reconciliations, and banking procedures securely and accurately.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all health, safety, licensing, and hygiene regulations across the venue.
- Venue Standards: Ensure the restaurant, bar, and surrounding areas are kept clean, well-maintained, and presented to the highest standard at all times.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager, Bar Supervisor, or in a similar management role within a busy hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills under pressure.
- Confidence with cash handling and basic financial admin.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts—including evenings, weekends, and late-night/nightclub cover when required.
