Job Title: Cleaner
Hourly Rate of Pay: £13.71

Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 10 hours
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (2 hours per day)
Location: Boots, High Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, England B17 9NR
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support cleaning teams across both sites.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company and client standards.
Carry out regular quality inspections and audits.
Monitor attendance and timekeeping of cleaning staff.
Provide training and coaching to team members where required.
Manage stock levels and order cleaning supplies.
Complete required paperwork and compliance records.
Report maintenance issues and health & safety concerns.
Act as the main point of contact between the client and cleaning team.
Cover cleaning duties when required.
Requirements
Previous cleaning supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team.
Good attention to detail.
Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
Ability to work independently and use initiative.
Basic IT skills for completing audits and reports.
Reliable and flexible approach to work.
