KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Food preparation and light cooking
- Setting up and packing down the food trailer
- Serving customers and providing excellent customer service
- Taking card and cash payments
- Maintaining high food hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Stock replenishment and general event duties
WHAT WE OFFER
- £13.50 per hour
- Work at festivals, markets and street food events across Wales and beyond
- Casual weekend work – shifts available at selected festivals and events throughout the year
- Successful applicants will receive upcoming event dates and can choose which events they are available to work
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Kitchen experience is desirable but not essential
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly, reliable and confident with customers
- A Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable but not essential. Training can be provided by the company
- Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
