We are recruiting a new NURSERY ROOM LEADER
Due to demand and expansion of our Galley Common childcare provisions we are looking for a fun, creative and hardworking candidate to join our established nursery team.

Preferably candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience of working within a nursery setting in a room leader/supervisory role, along with a passion for childcare and a willingness to learn. Roles will include a variety of tasks such as planning and observation of children, preparing exciting and engaging learning environments and experiences, as well as working along side other professionals, directing and supporting the staff team, leading meetings and training, engaging parents and carers in their child's learning, and supporting those with additional needs.
We dedicate time and effort to the ongoing improvement and training of staff, therefore progression to more senior roles is available.
Candidates will need a minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare and be willing to undertake further training to support the role and drive for continued high quality care.
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
