HR Business Partner
Location: Kidderminster, UK
Salary: £54,600 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time (37.5hrs per week), Permanent
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused HR Business Partner to join our management team. Working closely with senior leaders and managers, you will provide strategic and operational HR support, helping to drive business performance through effective people management, employee engagement, talent development, and organisational change.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.
- Support organisational change initiatives, restructures, and workforce planning activities.
- Implement and manage the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Analyse people data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support business decision-making.
- Coach and develop managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead and support talent management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Working in partnership with the management team, create a strong training and development plan, produce associated training documentation, ensuring that all employees have the necessary training to comply with company policy and local legislation.
- Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing programmes.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
- Collaborate with the wider management team to deliver key projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to HR.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification as a minimum.
- Fluent in Hindi is not essential but would be highly beneficial.
