Duties
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the establishment
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Assist with some kitchen tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit
- Support barista activities by preparing coffee and specialty drinks with attention to quality and presentation
- Follow food safety standards diligently to uphold hygiene regulations and ensure safe food handling practices
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is highly desirable
- Familiarity with catering, serving, and food preparation processes
- Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating skill in coffee making and beverage presentation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
