We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our busy parcel sorting warehouse in Thetford. This role involves split shifts of 05:00am – 09:00am and 15:00pm – 19:00pm, so applicants must live locally or within easy commuting distance.
You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where teamwork, efficiency, and reliability are essential. Please note this is a physically demanding role involving regular lifting, moving, loading, and unloading of parcels throughout the shift. Applicants must be physically fit, comfortable with manual handling, and have a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting parcels quickly and accurately
- Loading and unloading parcels safely
- Handling items securely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets
Requirements:
- Must live close to Thetford due to split shift working hours
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting/manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essentialWhat We Offer:
