Who are we looking for?
- Qualified to at least Level 3, with evidence of post-qualification study
- Experience as a Deputy, Third-in-Charge, or Room Leader/Manager
- Recent experience in an Outstanding or Good day nursery
- Expert understanding of EYFS, statutory requirements, and EIF
- Passionate about early years education
- Ready to spring into action and hit the ground running
- Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
- Thrives on autonomy to deliver outstanding provision for children, parents, and colleagues
- A strong team leader and player, as teamwork is at our core
- Confident in working with electronic nursery management systems (we love using EY)
- Comfortable with responsibilities in managing your own suite/unit and covering for the Nursery Manager
- Possesses a DBS certificate/clean criminal record
Preferred qualifications/experience:
- Knowledge and/or experience of 'In The Moment Planning'
- Experience in an Outstanding day nursery
- Previous employment with single-site providers
