Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective sanitation and maintenance
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain consistency and quality
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other essentials in restrooms and break areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by adhering to health and safety regulations
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to support facility upkeep
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety protocols
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain consistent quality standards
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timeframes
