Manage crew planning, rotations and crew changes for assigned vessels.
Coordinate recruitment activities, liaising with recruitment agencies to source qualified seafarers and negotiate costs.
Prepare employment contracts and oversee crew mobilization processes.
Ensure all crew certifications, training, visas, passports and medical documentation remain valid and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate training requirements with external training providers and relevant authorities.
Review seafarer appraisals and implement appropriate actions regarding promotions, training and performance management.
Monitor manning levels to ensure vessels remain compliant with Safe Manning requirements while optimizing crewing costs.
Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure the crewing database is continuously updated.
Supervise and support the Crewing Officers and Assistants in the management of personnel documentation, certification and training records.
Liaise with internal departments, agents, agencies and crew members to ensure timely and accurate communication.
Provide out-of-hours support when operationally required.

Previous experience in Crewing, Maritime Operations, or a similar role.
Proven team management experience.
Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, certifications, and crew administration.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
