Part-Time Window Cleaner / Exterior Cleaning Operative
Location: Gosport and Fareham area
Type: Self employed / Subcontractor
Hours: 2–3 days per week initially, with the possibility of becoming full time in the next few months
Licence requirement: Must have held a full driving licence for at least 3 years
Pay: Percentage-based earnings, usually working out between £15–£21 per hour, depending on the work completed each day.

Tip Top Window & Exterior Cleaning Ltd is growing quickly and we are looking for another reliable person to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in doing a good job. The role will start as 2–3 days per week, with training provided and the possibility of increasing to full-time work in the next few months as the business continues to grow.
There may also be the opportunity to progress into working in your own van in the future.
The role
You will be carrying out window cleaning and exterior cleaning work on domestic and commercial properties across the local area. Some of our work is carried out at schools and care homes, so a DBS check will be required.
Main duties include:
Cleaning windows, frames and sills on residential and commercial buildings.
Using water fed pole systems and ladders where required.
Clearing gutters and downpipes.
Helping with exterior cleaning jobs when needed.
Speaking with customers in a polite and professional manner.
Making sure work is completed to a high standard.
Requirements
Must live local to Gosport or Fareham.
Must have held a full driving licence for at least 3 years.
Must be willing to complete a DBS check.
Must be reliable and hard working.
Must be available 2–3 days per week initially.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Must be confident working at heights.
Must be able to lift and move equipment safely.
Must have good attention to detail.
Experience is helpful but not essential as training will be provided.
