The Role
We are actively seeking 2 Adult Trainee Engineers (1 covering the West of Scotland and 1 covering the East of Scotland) to join our engineering team to maintain/install Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms, CCTV Systems and Access Control Systems. You will undergo an 8–10-week training program, which will include shadowing some of our most experienced field engineers.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Carry out maintenance/install visits in accordance with company procedures and system requirements. You will be required to work in Residential, Commercial and Public Sector sites across Scotland. Ensure all relevant documentation is completed accurately and on time. This includes site paperwork, expense forms & timesheets. The successful candidate must be professional and uphold the highest levels of customer service in their day-to-day activities, whilst adhering to Health & Safety policies at all times.
Candidate Specification
The ideal candidate will be a well organised, hardworking individual with a keen interest in developing further skills and helping others as part of a team.
A Full Clean Valid UK Driving Licence is Essential.
As the successful candidate will be working in a range of Residential, Commercial and Public Sector sites, the company employee vetting procedure will be carried out.
Hours
08:30-17:00hrs Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)
Location
Positions available in East of Scotland Branch covering East postcodes (EH, KY, TD, FK, ML) and in West of Scotland Branch covering all other postcodes.
OnCall
Once fully trained, you will be required to carry out on-call (night shift) service. This will be in accordance with the Company's published Rota.

Salary
£13.45 per hour starting salary whilst training. This will be reviewed once fully trained and again when working independently.
