You’ll be instrumental in ensuring the estate remains pristine, secure, and efficiently operated, supporting both daily operations and long-term upkeep.

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of estate grounds, buildings, and equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as jet washing , watering , litter picking , refuse area organisation
- Support event setup and breakdown activities, ensuring all areas are prepared to high standards for prospective purchasers and residents .
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth daily operations across the estate.
- Light Cleaning of front of house and residents areas - Gym , business suite, concierge area
Requirements
- Proven experience in groundskeeping, property maintenance, or a similar role within an estate or large facility environment.
- Cleaning experience or willing to learn
- Ability to operate basic tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying issues before they escalate.
- Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects is essential.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues clearly.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to property maintenance is advantageous.
The hours are 0700-1500hrs Monday to Friday
20 days paid annual leave 8 days paid bank holidays
£14 per hour paid either fortnightly or monthly
