Benefits Advisor
Location: Rushmere - Fulltime onsite
We’re looking for a Benefits Advisor to provide a high-quality support service across our employee benefits programmes, ensuring accurate administration and an excellent employee experience.
What You’ll Do

Act as the first point of contact for employee benefits queries

Manage key benefit schemes including Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, Holiday Purchase and Childcare Vouchers

Liaise with HR, Payroll, Finance and external providers to ensure accurate administration

Support annual renewals, claims processes and benefit communications

Prepare presentations, reports and employee communications
-
Ensure benefit data is maintained accurately and confidentially
What You’ll Bring

Experience in a Benefits, Reward or HR Administration role
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Strong systems and Microsoft Office skills
Desirable:
-
SAP or SuccessFactors experience
-
Full UK Driving Licence
