Job description
We are looking for a Branch Assistant for our Witham business.
Responsibilities:
As a Branch Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing the warehouse, assisting at the trade counter, and providing internal sales support. The role involves delivering a high level of customer service to customers and suppliers both in person and over the phone. You will also assist with order processing, stock handling, and delivering customer orders when required. All tasks must be carried out with a strong focus on health and safety while working collaboratively with the team to ensure the branch operates efficiently and smoothly.

The role will also include lifting boxes, cable and other large items.
A valid driver licence required.
A Forklift licence would be beneficial.

Full-time, permanent position with stable hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours, from 7.30am to 5.00pm.
